Description

En el marco del derecho a la salud de las personas, establecido expresamente en el artículo 18 de la Nueva Constitución Política del Estado, la presente Ley, tiene por objeto regular el cumplimiento efectivo de todas aquellas acciones concernientes a la promoción, defensa, preservación y recuperación de la salud individual, familiar y comunitaria, dentro de un contexto de armonía y bienestar social y medio ambiental.
