Description

La protección patrimonial es un instrumento jurídico de gran interés para personas con una grave discapacidad física o sensorial, o para los padres de personas con discapacidad intelectual. Se regula en la Ley 41/2003, de 18 de noviembre, de protección patrimonial de las personas con discapacidad y de modificación del Código Civil, de la Ley de Enjuiciamiento Civil y de la Normativa Tributaria con esta finalidad. Mediante la Ley 1/2009 , se aclara la aplicación de algunas disposiciones de la Ley de protección patrimonial.
