I, Tim O’Malley, Minister of State at the Department of Health and Children, in exercise of the powers conferred on me by section 5(1) and section 66(1) of the Mental Health Act 2001, (No. 25 of 2001) and the Health and Children (Delegation of Ministerial Functions)(No.2) Order 2004 (S.I. No. 843 of 2004), after consultation with the Mental Health Commission, hereby make the following regulations:
