Description
Preamble:Whereas, it is expedient to establish an independent and autonomous National Human Rights Commission for the effective enforcement as well as protection and promotion of Human Rights conferred by the Constitution and other prevailing laws; be it enacted by Parliament in the twenty-fifth year of the reign of His Majesty the King Birendra Bir Bikram Shah Dev.
