Description
El objetivo del ley es garantizar y asegurar el ejercicio efectivo de los derechos de las personas con discapacidad, mediante la adopción de medidas de inclusión, de acciones afirmativas. Otro objetivo es la eliminación de toda forma de discriminación por razón de discapacidad.La presente ley rige a partir de su publicación, y deroga las disposiciones que le sean contrarias.
