La presente ley tiene por objeto crear mecanismos de prevención, detección y atención de personas que hayan intentado suicidarse o se encuentren en riesgo de realizarlo.La presente ley tiene por fin disminuir la incidencia y la prevalencia del suicidio a través de la detección precoz, asistencia y contención.
