El presente Plan expresa las metas y los compromisos que se han asumido a nivel internacional y local. Se establecen cuatro líneas estratégicas, dirigidas a abordar el fortalecimiento de la rectoría y gestión técnica-administrativa, la promoción de la salud, la prevención de los trastornos mentales y los problemas psicosociales, la gestión de la cobertura y acceso a una atención de salud mental, integral y de calidad, basado en un modelo comunitario; y al fortalecimiento del monitoreo y el cumplimiento de las directrices, para la producción, evolución y utilización de información sobre salud mental.

This Plan expresses the goals and commitments that have been made at international and local level. Four strategic lines are established, directed to address the strengthening of the rectory and technical-administrative management, health promotion, prevention of mental disorders and
psychosocial problems, coverage management and access to care for mental health, comprehensive and quality, based on a community model; and strengthening monitoring and compliance with guidelines, to the production, evolution and use of mental health information.
