Child Health Effort arrangements aim to:
a. ensure the survival of children which prioritizes efforts to reduce mortality rates for newborns, infants, and children under five;
b. ensure optimal growth and development of children according to their potential which is owned;
c. involve the participation of School-aged Children and Youth in the field of health;
d. ensure the fulfillment of children's health rights by paying attention to life cycle;
e. ensure the availability of comprehensive health services for Children and Adolescents;
