Description

The Ministry of Health has recognized and prioritized the need to develop and
operationalize a comprehensive National eHealth Policy that clearly outlines the
strategic direction on the use of ICTs in the health sector. It is envisaged that the
National and County Governments will benefit from this policy since it will guide
them as they plan and budget for healthcare services at all levels of care. Moreover,
this policy will accelerate the realization of Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs)
and foster economic growth.
