Description

为了保障残疾人受教育的权利，发展残疾人教育事业，根据《中华人民共和国教育法》和《中华人民共和国残疾人保障法》，制定本条例。

In order to protect the rights of persons with disabilities to education and to develop education for persons with disabilities, these regulations are formulated in accordance with the "Education Law of the People's Republic of China" and the "Law of the People's Republic of China on the Protection of Persons with Disabilities."
