Ley N°20.422 establece normas sobre Igualdad de Oportunidades e Inclusión Social de Personas con Discapacidad. Su objetivo es de asegurar el derecho a la igualdad de oportunidades de las personas con discapacidad, con el fin de obtener su plena inclusión social, asegurando el disfrute de sus derechos y la eliminación de cualquier forma de discriminación fundada en su discapacidad.
