Las recomendaciones que se incorporan en este documento pretenden contribuir a la construcción de una sociedad inclusiva y favorecedora de las personas en situación de discapacidad. El presente texto es el producto de la mesa. El propósito del documento es de “garantizar condiciones para que los niños, niñas y adolescentes en situación de discapacidad física, sensorial y mental, como cualquier niño/a, ejerzan sus derechos y gocen de su máximo bienestar y puedan lograr su desarrollo pleno en conjunto con sus familias, asegurando desde la política pública, los apoyos y ajustes razonables que se requieren para eliminar o disminuir las barreras que dificultan su participación, aprendizaje y desarrollo, en consonancia con los instrumentos jurídicos nacionales e internacionales suscritos por el Estado de Chile”.

The recommendations included in this document are intended to contribute to the construction of an inclusive society that favours people with disabilities. The present text is the product of the roundtable. The aim of this document is "to guarantee conditions for children and adolescents with physical, sensory and mental disabilities, like any other child, to exercise their rights and enjoy their maximum wellbeing and achieve their full development together with their families, ensuring that from public policy they have the support and reasonable adjustments required to eliminate or reduce the barriers that hinder their participation, learning and development, in line with national and international legal instruments signed by the State of Chile".
