Description

Artículo 1°.- (Objeto) El presente Decreto Supremo tiene por objeto autorizar al Ministerio de Salud, a través de la Unidad de Discapacidad Rehabilitación y Habilitación Bio-Psico-Social, realizar transferencias público - privadas.

Artículo 2°.- (Autorización)

Se autoriza al Ministerio de Salud, a través de la Unidad de Discapacidad Rehabilitación y Habilitación Bio-Psico-Social realizar transferencias público - privadas en especie de los saldos existentes, de dispositivos y tecnologías de apoyo, en favor de las personas con discapacidad.
El Ministerio de Salud mediante Resolución Ministerial, aprobará la reglamentación específica que regulará el importe, uso y destino de las transferencias público - privadas.

Article 1 .- (Objective) The purpose of this Supreme Decree is to authorize the Ministry of Health, through the Disability Rehabilitation and Bio-Psycho-Social Enabling Unit, to make public - private transfers.

Article 2 .- (Authorization)

The Ministry of Health is authorized, through the Disability Rehabilitation and Bio-Psycho-Social Disability Unit, to make public-private transfers in kind of existing balances, support devices and technologies, in favor of persons with disabilities.
The Ministry of Health, through Ministerial Resolution, will approve the specific regulations that will regulate the amount, use and destination of public-private transfers.
