Authorised Version incorporating amendments as at 14 September 2016The purpose of this Act is to enable persons with a disability to have a guardian or administrator
appointed when they need a guardian or administrator.
It is also the purpose of this Act to enable the making of administration orders and temporary
administration orders in respect of the estate of a missing person.
