Description

Dieses Gesetz hat zum Ziel, Risiken für das Wohl von Kindern zu beseitigen und Angebote frühzeitiger Förderung von Erziehungs- und Beziehungskompetenz zur Vermeidung von Überforderungen und Fehlverhalten und zur Bewältigung besonderer Belastungen von Eltern und Kindern rechtzeitig und niedrigschwellig zu erreichen. Die Träger der Jugendhilfe wirken in diesem Zusammenhang auf eine enge Zusammenarbeit mit allen in Betracht kommenden Einrichtungen und Diensten außerhalb der Jugendhilfe, insbesondere des Gesundheitswesens, hin.
