Dieses Gesetz regelt den Vollzug der Unterbringung von Personen in einem psychiatrischen Krankenhaus oder einer Entziehungsanstalt (Maßregelvollzugseinrichtung) auf Grund einer strafgerichtlichen Entscheidung. Das Gesetz trat am 17.07.2015 in Kraft. Die letzte änderung des Gesetzes erfolgte am 13.12.2016.
