يجب علي كل من يزاول المهنة في الدولة تأدية عمله بما تقتضيه المهنة من الدقة و الأمانة و وفقا للأصول العلمية و الفنية المتعارف عليها و بما يحقق العناية اللازمة للمريض مع عدم إستغلال حاجة المريض لتحقيق منفعة غير مشروعة لنفسه أو لغيره و دون تمييز بين المرضى.
