Objetivo general
Contribuir a eleva el nivel de salud, el grado de satisfacción y la calidad de vida del adulto mayor a traves de una atención priorizada dentro del Model de Salud Familiar y Comunitario de nuestro Gobierno.
Nuestro personal estara garantizando a los adultos mayors la restitución del derecho a una atención en salud que los dignifique definiendo acciones concretas para la Promoción, Prevención, Atención, y Rehabilitación de los adultos mayors, por lo que dispondremos de los mejores esfuerzos tecnicos y humanos para la atención de este grupos de personas. Este acciones incluyen:
• Mejorar y mantener la calidad de vida de los adultos mayors
• Promover la salud
• Mantener la capacidad functional de los mismos
• Proveer tratamiento al adulto mayor enfermo
• Prevenir mayors complicaciones derivadas de la enfermedad crónica

General Objectives:
To contribute to elevating the level of health, the degree of satisfaction and the quality of life of the older persons through a prioritized plan within the Model of Family and Community Health of our Government.
To guarantee to older persons the restitution of health care rights and to define the specific actions for the promotion, prevention, care, and rehabilitation of older persons and their health. These actions include:
