قانون الطفل الفلسطينيرقم 7 لسنة 2004
يهدف القانون الى:
1- الإرتقاء بالطفولة في فلسطين بما لديها من خصوصيات
2- تنشأة الطفل علي الإعتزاز بهويته الفلسطينية و القومية و الدينية و على الولاء لفلسطين أرضا و تاريخا و شعبا
3- إعداد الطفل لحياة حرة مسئولة في مجتمع مدني متضامن قائم علي التلازم بين الوعي بالحقوق و الإلتزام بالواجبات و تسوده قيم العدالة و المساوة و التسامح و الديمقراطية
4- حماية حقوق الطفل في البقاء و النماء و التمتع بحياة حرة و أمنة و متطورة
5- توعية المجتمغ بحقوق الطفل علي أوسع نطاق ممكن بإستخدام الوسائل المناسبة
6- إشراك الطفل في مجالات الحياة المجتمعية وفقا لسنه و درجة نضجه و قدراته المتطورة حتى ينشأ علي خصال حب العمل و المبادرد و الكسب المشروع و روح الإعتماد علي الذات
7- تنشئة الطفل علي الأخلاق الفاضلة و بخاصة احترام أبويه و محيطه العائلي و الإجتماعي

1. Improving childhood in Palestine with its specificities
2. Developing Palestinian children to cherish the Palestinian identity and nationalism, religion and loyalty to the land and history of Palestine and the people
3. The preparation of the child for responsible life in a free civil society based on solidarity between awareness of rights and duties and the obligation which justice and the values of equality, tolerance and democracy
4. Protection of children's rights to survival and development and enjoy a life free, secure and sophisticated
5. Increasing the awareness of children's rights as widely as possible using appropriate means
6. involve the child in the areas of community life according to the age and maturity and evolving capacities even arise on the qualities of hard-work and self-reliance
7. raise the child on the morality and especially respect for his parents and family and society
