Objetivo del programa: Coordinar estrategias enfocadas a disminuir la morbimortalidad en los menores de 19 años en el país para contribuir en la disminución de la brecha de desigualdad en materia de salud, con equidad de género.

Estrategias:
1.1 Implementar acciones de prevención, vigilancia y control de nutrición en la infancia y la adolescencia.
1.2 1.2 Elaborar intervenciones para la prevención y detección primaria del maltrato y violencia en la infancia y la adolescencia.
1.3 Fortalecer los mecanismos de evaluación y seguimiento del programa de infancia y adolescencia en las entidades federativas.

1.5 Realizar acciones preventivas para disminuir la morbilidad y mortalidad de enfermedades prevalentes de la infancia
