Se establecen los aspectos operativos y se unifican los criterios para una atencion de calidad a la población adolescente desde el marco de la prevención clínica, con una propuesta explicita de cambio en el abordaje hacia un enfoque centrado en las personas sanas, sus derechos y necesidades de aprendizajes.
