Es necesario reglamentar la aplicación de los derechos de las personas con discapacidad señalados en la Ley Nº 223, estableciendo mecanismos y procedimientos para su implementación. El Decreto Supremo 1893 es una guía de implementación por Ley 223 para garantizar que las personas con discapacidades puede ejercer pleno sus derechos en igualidad de condiciones y equiparación de oportunidades.
