Este decreto institui o Plano Nacional dos Direitos da Pessoa com Deficiência - Plano Viver sem Limite, com a finalidade de promover, por meio da integração e articulação de políticas, programas e ações, o exercício pleno e equitativo dos direitos das pessoas com deficiência, nos termos da Convenção Internacional sobre os Direitos das Pessoas com Deficiência e seu Protocolo Facultativo.

This decree establishes the National Plan on the Rights of Persons with Disabilities - Live without limit, in order to promote, through the integration and coordination of policies, programs and actions, the full and equal enjoyment of the rights of persons with disabilities, under the International Convention on the Rights of Persons with Disabilities and its Optional Protocol.
