The Act also amends the Subordinate Courts Act by introducing the term "Juvenile Courts" in the necessary places as well as the Criminal Procedure Code concerning reformative training (new section 14A), repeal of the death sentence for offenders under 18 years (section 238) and rules as to rates of payments (section 384). A new Schedule is also added concerning the release of persons sentenced to reformative training. In addition, the Children's Order (No. S 64/00) is repealed.
