Este lei institui o Plano Brasil Sem Miséria. São objetivos do Plano Brasil Sem Miséria:
1) Elevar a renda familiar per capita da população em situação de extrema pobreza;
2) Ampliar o acesso da população em situação de extrema pobreza aos serviços públicos; e
3) Propiciar o acesso da população em situação de extrema pobreza a oportunidades de ocupação e renda, por meio de ações de inclusão produtiva.

This law establishes the Brazil Without Poverty Plan. The objectives of the Brazil Without Poverty Plan include:
1) To raise the per capita income of the population in extreme poverty;
2) To increase access of the population living in extreme poverty to public services; and
3) To provide access of the population living in extreme poverty to employment and income opportunities through productive inclusion initiatives.
