Description

The vision of the Strategic Framework against poverty is based on four strategic areas identified in the past and which remain relevant: (i) accelerating growth and maintaining macroeconomic stability, (ii) anchoring growth in the economic sphere of the poor, (iii) the development of human resources and the expansion of basic services, and (iv) improving governance and capacity building. These themes will be supplemented and supported by a major new direction: strengthening the management, monitoring, evaluation and coordination.
