The Mauritanian Government and its partners agreed in mid-2010 to develop a National Health Development Plan (PNDS) covering the medium term and being a basis for any health action in the country.Before the adoption of this plan, a situation analysis process of health in Mauritania has been undertaken, in a participatory and multi-sectoral approach, involving all stakeholders (Services of the Ministry of Health at different levels, PTF sector, related sectors, civil society, private sector ...).
Le Gouvernement Mauritanien et ses Partenaires ont convenu, en mi-2010, d’élaborer un Plan National de Développement Sanitaire (PNDS) couvrant le moyen terme et servant de base à toute action de santé dans le Pays.
En vu de l’adoption de ce plan, un processus d’analyse de situation de la santé en Mauritanie a été mis en œuvre selon une approche participative et multisectorielle impliquant toutes les parties prenantes (Services du Ministère de la santé à différents niveaux, PTF du secteur, secteurs connexes, société civile, secteur privé…).
