Description

The National Policy for the prevention and integrated fight against non-communicable chronic diseases has been developed by a multi-sectoral and multidisciplinary team. It gives priority to prevention, especially the fight against the common risk factors of these diseases. But it also brings innovations in the treatment of these diseases by making it more accessible to all categories of the Malagasy population. It involves all health workers at different levels of the system, but also community workers and other sectors.
