Description

Developed at the time when the country is moving towards a final crisis, this PNDS 2009-2013, has ambitions to recreate the conditions of a harmonious and coherent development of the health sector and improve the health of populations.

In this perspective, promoting health for populations that takes into account the satisfaction of their basic and essential needs, including the most vulnerable and the poorest fringes of which is the ultimate goal of the new NSDP.

Elaboré au moment où le pays s’achemine vers une sortie définitive de crise, le présent PNDS 2009-2013, a pour ambitions de recréer les conditions d’un développement harmonieux et cohérent du secteur sanitaire et d’améliorer l’état de santé des populations.

Dans cette perspective, promouvoir pour les populations une santé qui prenne en compte la satisfaction de leurs besoins élémentaires et essentiels, notamment pour les franges les plus exposées et les plus démunies d’entre elles constitue le but ultime du nouveau PNDS.
