Le chapitre 1 donne un aperçu des développements économique et social récents au Cameroun et situe le DSRP dans ce contexte. Le chapitre 2 analyse la situation et la dynamique de la pauvreté au Cameroun pour éclairer la formulation de la stratégie. Le chapitre 3 décrit les grands axes de la stratégie de croissance et de réduction de la pauvreté à court et moyen termes. Le chapitre 4 donne un chiffrage de la stratégie, y compris le profil de la croissance, le cadre des dépenses à moyen terme et met en cohérence le cadre macroéconomique et les cadrages sectoriels, ainsi que le coût total de la stratégie. Le chapitre 5 propose les mécanismes de suivi et d’évaluation du DSRP. La matrice des actions est donnée en annexe, ainsi que divers tableaux d’indicateurs de suivi.
