Description

Pledge of President of the Republic, announced by the Prime minister in his policy speech on July 3rd, the multiannual plan against poverty and for social inclusion was formally adopted on 21 January 2013, at the meeting of the Interministerial Committee for the Fight against Exclusions (ILAC).

This plan is the result of an unprecedented process of consultation with all stakeholders of the policies of solidarity: government departments, local authorities, associations, social partners, researchers and experts, as well as people in poverty.

Engagement du Président de la République, annoncé par le Premier minister dans son discours de politique générale le 3 juillet dernier, le plan pluriannuel contre la pauvreté et pour l’inclusion sociale a été officiellement adopté le 21 janvier 2013, lors de la réunion du Comité Interministériel de Lutte contre les Exclusions (CILE).

Ce plan est le fruit d’un travail de concertation inédit avec l’ensemble des acteurs des politiques de solidarité : les services de l’État, les collectivités territoriales, les associations, les partenaires sociaux, les chercheurs et experts, ainsi que les personnes en situation de pauvreté elles-mêmes.
