Description
The decree on the fight against mental illness and the organization of psychiatric sectorization determines the composition and powers of the County Council of Mental Health.It provides that in each department, the representative of the State, after the County Mental Health Board, fixes, for each sector, the list of establishments with or without lodging possibilities involved in the fight against mental illness and the nature and location of their equipment.
It also contributes to the organization of the public service in relation to mental illness.

Il prévoit que dans chaque département, le représentant de l'Etat, après avis du conseil départemental de santé mentale, fixe, pour chaque secteur, la liste des établissements comportant ou non des possibilités d'hébergement qui participent à la lutte contre les maladies mentales ainsi que la nature et l'implantation de leurs équipements.
