Во исполнение Государственной программы «Год здорового ребенка» и в целях дальнейшего усиления и повышения эффективности проводимой в стране на постоянной основе работы по развитию и укреплению системы родовспоможения, охране здоровья матери и ребенка, усиления роли и ответственности системы здравоохранения за формирование здорового подрастающего поколения данное постановление было принято.
