Целью настоящего Закона является регулирование отношений в области оказания психиатрической помощи населению. Действие настоящего Закона распространяется на граждан Республики Узбекистан при оказании им психиатрической помощи и применяется в отношении юридических лиц, специализирующихся на оказании психиатрической помощи на территории Республики Узбекистан.The purpose of this law is to regulate the relations in the field of psychiatric care for the population.
