В целях дальнейшего усиления адресной социальной защиты и повышения уровня и качества жизни одиноких престарелых, пенсионеров и инвалидов, совершенствования системы их социального обеспечения, а также укрепления материально-технической базы медико-социальных учреждений, утверждается программа дополнительных мер по дальнейшему усилению социальной защиты престарелых, пенсионеров и инвалидов на 2011 – 2015 годы.

In order to further strengthen targeted social protection and improvement of level and quality of life of the elderly living alone, pensioners and the disabled people, to improve the system of social security, as well as strengthening the material-technical base of medical and social institutions, the program on additional measures to further strengthen social protection of the elderly, pensioners and disabled people in 2011 – 2015.
