Convaincu enfin que seule une approche stratégique multisectorielle est à même d’apporter une réponse holistique aux problèmes de la Jeunesse Congolaise; Adopte la présente Politique Nationale de la Jeunesse en vue de canaliser et d’orienter les ressources locales,
nationales et internationales vers le développement intégral de celle-ci.

Ainsi, le Gouvernement de la République Démocratique du Congo RDC A décidé de se doter d’une Politique Nationale de la Jeunesse pour souligner sa ferme volonté et celle de la Nation tout entière de favoriser le développement et la responsabilisation de la jeunesse, d’une part, et son intégration dans les secteurs de la société, d’autre part. Par ailleurs, cette politique souligne tout autant l’engagement du Gouvernement d’ériger en priorité la participation pleine et entière des jeunes dans la vie de la nation et de répondre positivement et durablement à leurs besoins et aspirations.

Convinced only a multi-strategic approach is able to provide a holistic solution to the problems of the Congolese Youth; the National Youth Policy is adopted to channel and direct national and international resources towards its integral development.

Thus, the Government of the Democratic Republic of Congo DRC decided to have a National Youth Policy to emphasize its commitment and that of the whole nation to promote the development and empowerment of youth and its integration in the sectors of society on the other. Moreover, this policy establishes both the Government's commitment to establish as a priority the full participation of young people in the life of the nation and respond positively and sustainably to their needs and aspirations.
