El objeto de la presente ley es establecer un marco normativo y competencial para desarrollar las políticas de juventud, ordenando los servicios y actividades que promueven y organizan las personas físicas y jurídicas, públicas y privadas, en el ámbito de Cataluña.La finalidad última de la presente ley es garantizar que las personas jóvenes puedan definir y construir su propio proyecto de vida y participar en proyectos colectivos.
