La presente Ley tiene por objeto el establecimiento de un marco normativo para el desarrollo de las políticas promovidas por la Comunidad de Madrid en favor de los jóvenes, con el fin de facilitar y mejorar su desarrollo personal, familiar, social, educativo, económico, político y cultural, como ordena el artículo 48 de la Constitución española, y generar las condiciones necesarias que posibiliten su transición hacia la vida adulta en todas sus dimensiones.This Act seeks to establish a regulatory framework for the development of the policies promoted by the Community of Madrid for youth, in order to facilitate and enhance their personal, family, social, educational, economic, political and cultural development, as mandated by Article 48 of the Spanish Constitution and to create the conditions that will enable their transition into adult life in all its dimensions.
