Esta Ley es de aplicación a las personas con edades comprendidas entre los catorce y los treinta años residentes en La Rioja; así como a las personas físicas o jurídicas que tengan su residencia o domicilio social en La Rioja, que realicen actividades que afecten, directamente o indirectamente, a la población joven.This Act applies to persons aged between fourteen and thirty who are residents of La Rioja; as well as the natural or legal persons having their residence or registered office in La Rioja, performing activities affecting, directly or indirectly, to the young population.
