El Plan, con vigencia entre los años 2009/2012, se compone de más de 262 acciones repartidas en cuatro ejes que articularán y organizarán las medidas de modo que se ofrezca a los/as jóvenes una atención integral a todas sus necesidades y compromisos. La flexibilidad del Plan permite que otras medidas nuevas se puedan incorporar a lo largo de la vigencia del mismo para desarrollar los ejes del mismo.
El hilo conductor de este nuevo Plan será el emprendimiento, la imaginación y la innovación, principios inspiradores de las acciones en torno a cuatro ejes, que estructurarán las medidas y acciones del Plan:
1.- Eje de Emancipación y Autonomía,
2.- Eje de Ciudadanía y Diálogo,
3.- Eje de Responsabilidad Cívica,
4.- Eje Deporte, Ocio y Creación.

The Plan, effective between 2009/2012, consists of more than 262 actions spread across four axes that articulate and organize measures so that young men / women are provided comprehensive care to all their needs and commitments. The flexibility of the Plan allows other new measures to be incorporated throughout the term hereof to develop its axes.
The theme of this new Plan is entrepreneurial, imaginative and innovative, with inspiring principles of actions around four axes that structure the measures and actions of the Plan:

4. Axis Sport, Leisure and Creation.
