La presente Ley tiene por objeto establecer una ordenación de los servicios y actividades, promovidas y organizadas por personas físicas y jurídicas,públicas y privadas, en el ámbito de la Comunidad de Castilla y León, que tengan por destinatarios a los jóvenes, con el fin de obtener un efectivo desarrollo y protección de sus derechos, así como impulsar su participación libre y eficaz en el desarrollo político, social, económico y cultural de la Comunidad.This Act aims to establish an ordering of services and activities, promoted and organized by individuals and companies, public and private, in the area of Castilla y León, which are addressed to young people, for an effective development and protection of their rights and to enhance their free and effective participation in the political, social, economic and cultural development of the Community.
