Description

Constituye el objeto de esta ley establecer un marco normativo y competencial para el desarrollo de las políticas de juventud, y también ordenar los servicios y las actividades que promueven y organizan personas físicas y jurídicas, públicas y privadas, en el ambito de la comunidad autónoma de las Illes Balears, que tengan por destinataria la juventud, con la finalidad de obtener un desarrollo y una protección efectivas de sus derechos.
