La presente Ley Foral tiene por objeto la regulación de una política específica en materia de juven-tud y de una política transversal que tenga por destinataria a la población joven, en el ámbito de la Comunidad Foral de Navarra.La presente Ley Foral tiene como finalidad favorecer la autonomía de las personas jóvenes mediante el impulso de una política de juventud igualitaria que garantice las mejores condiciones para el de-sarrollo individual, la promoción y la participación social, propiciando así la consecución de una ciudadanía joven comprometida, responsable, plena y activa.
The present Local Law is to regulate a specific youth policy and a multidisciplinary policy which is addressed to young people, in Navarra.
This Provincial Act aims to promote the autonomy of young people by promoting a policy of equality to ensure the best conditions for individual development, promotion and social participation, thereby facilitating the achievement of having committed, responsible, full an active young citizens.
