Description

Es objeto de la presente ley establecer el marco normativo y competencial para el adecuado desarrollo de las políticas de juventud promovidas por las distintas administraciones públicas y entidades de Derecho público o privado que intervienen en favor de los jóvenes de Canarias, con el fin de favorecer su participación activa en la sociedad; fomentar el asociacionismo juvenil; promover valores de solidaridad y tolerancia; mejorar los canales y accesos a la información; potenciar los cauces de acceso al empleo, a las nuevas tecnologías y a la primera vivienda, así como fomentar hábitos de vida y de ocio y de ocupación del tiempo libre saludables, de desarrollo sostenible y de educación ambiental; y generar las condiciones que posibiliten su emancipación e integración social, garantizando el derecho de todos los jóvenes de Cana rias a acceder en igualdad de condiciones a los programas, planes y/o acciones de los que sean partícipes y destinatarios, de conformidad con el artículo 48 de la Constitución.

The object of this law is to establish the legal and jurisdictional framework for the proper development of youth policies promoted by public administrations and public or private entities involved in law for young people of the Canary Islands, in order to promote their active participation in society; promote youth associations; promote values ​​of solidarity and tolerance; improve channels and access to information; enhance the channels of access to employment, new technologies and the first housing, and promote a healthy lifestyle and recreational and leisure time, sustainable development and environmental education; and create conditions that will enable their emancipation and social integration, guaranteeing the rights of all young people in the Canary Islands to enable access to programs, plans and / or actions in which they are participants and beneficiaries in accordance with Article 48 of the Constitution.
