Description

La Ley tiene por objeto establecer las normas y competencias que regulen y garanticen, dentro de Aragón, el desarrollo de las políticas, programas, servicios y actividades promovidas y organizadas a favor de la juventud, por las distintas personas físicas y jurídicas, públicas y privadas, con el fin de proteger y facilitar a las personas jóvenes el ejercicio de sus derechos, fomentar su participación activa en el desarrollo político, social, económico y cultural de la sociedad y generar las condiciones que posibiliten su emancipación e integración social.

The Act aims to set standards and regulate and guarantee powers within Aragon, for the development of policies, programs, services, as well as activities for youth, by different individuals and companies, public and private in order to protect and facilitate young people to exercise their rights, encourage their active participation in the political, social, economic and cultural development of society and create conditions that will enable their emancipation and social integration.
