Objetivo General - Detener el incremento en la incidencia y reducir en un 5% la mortalidad y morbilidad por enfermedades crónicas no transmisibles, principalmente por Diabetes Mellitus, Enfermedades Cardiovasculares y Cáncer en la población guatemalteca para el año 2015, a través de la promoción de estilos de vida saludables, la prevención, detección temprana y atención integral, con calidad y eficacia.
