Description
The law states that it is the policy of the Trust Territory government to provide for the protection of children who have injuries inflicted upon them and who, in the absence of appropriate reports concerning their conditions and circumstances, may be further threatened or injured by the conduct of those responsible for their care and protection.The Code of the Federated States of Micronesia First Enacted: 24.05.1982
