The National Strategic Plan for Children in Djibouti aims at creating for all children a protective environment to ensure the protection of their human rights and equitable access to basic services.
The objective is also to the child the effective implementation of the provisions of international, regional and national instruments related to his/her rights related to survival and health, development, and protection.
