Description

Esta Ley tendrá por objetivos los siguientes:
a) Elaborar, promover y coordinar la ejecución de políticas públicas dirigidas a crear las oportunidades, a garantizar el acceso a los servicios e incrementar las potencialidades de las personas jóvenes para lograr su desarrollo integral y el ejercicio pleno de su ciudadanía, en especial en el campo laboral, la educación, la salud preventiva y la tecnología.
b) Coordinar el conjunto de las políticas nacionales de desarrollo que impulsan las instancias públicas, para que contemplen la creación de oportunidades, el acceso a los servicios y el incremento de las potencialidades de las personas jóvenes para lograr su desarrollo integral y el ejercicio pleno de su ciudadanía.
c) Propiciar la participación política, social, cultural y económica de las personas jóvenes, en condiciones de solidaridad, equidad y bienestar.
d) Promover y ejecutar investigaciones que permitan conocer la condición de las personas jóvenes y de sus familias, para plantear propuestas que mejoren su calidad de vida.
e) Proteger los derechos, las obligaciones y garantías fundamentales de la persona joven.

This Act shall have the following objectives:
a) Develop, promote and coordinate the implementation of public policies aimed at creating
opportunities, to ensure access to services and increase the potential of young people to achieve their full development and full exercise of their citizenship, especially in the workplace, education, preventive health care and technology.
b ) Coordinate all national development policies that drive public bodies, to contemplate the creation of opportunities, access to services and to increase the potential of young people to achieve their comprehensive development and full exercise of citizenship.
c ) To promote the political, social, cultural and economic participation of young people, in conditions of solidarity, equity and welfare.
d ) To promote and implement research to better understand the condition of young people and their families and make recommendations that will improve their quality of life.
e) Protect the rights, obligations and guarantees of Youth.
