The Strategic Planning constitutes an essential tool to guide the way to significant achievements. It is a framework for directional reference to modify courses of action in order to achieve certain objectives through the efficient use of the means and resources. The current Strategic Plan was built with the collaboration of key stakeholders from the various departments of the Ministry of Public Health in order to promote motivation, involvement, mutual interaction and awareness for this collective mission.
